Our approach is very simple: treat each account with the special attention that it deserves and create meaningful 1-2-1 connections.

Being a ‘Telemarketing 2.0’ company means the following:

  1. We take care to know your product in an indepth way
  2. We build a campaign that is specific to your product’s strengths and construct a compelling story on your behalf
  3. We research your key target companies so that each contact we make is value based
  4. We use a mix of internal referral and digital techniques to make a ‘cold call’ a ‘warm call’

Another thing:  we hate scripts!  Please, don’t even mention the word script when talking to us or we’ll get physically sick.  Have you ever received a phone call from someone who you knew was reading directly from a script?  Isn’t it an instant turn-off?

To avoid the dreaded ‘script-itus’ we simply do what most other telemarketing companies are too lazy to do:  actually get a handle on what you are offering.  Yes, we create ‘guide approaches’ but these are simply designed to insure that our conversations are always guiding the prospect to a ‘sale’ or an ‘appointment’ or in order to more deeply qualify a prospect.

Which brings us to the matter of ‘qualification’…

Consider this… would you like to meet 20 people in one week who neither knew why they were meeting with you or what your background is, or … would you prefer to meet 3 solid prospects – each of which were fully appraised on what you do and have a need for your service.
